PRIVACY CONSENT AGREEMENT
By submitting your application and personal information to Cupbearer Coffee Shop (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Consent Agreement. The Company is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and guidelines from the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

5.6. Right to Data Portability – You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in an electronic or structured format, where applicable.
